Amir Ali is a boy who attends high school. He is very interested in football and reading books. Amir Ali sometimes works with his uncle, who is selling vegetables. His parents are divorced and Amir Alis mother is in charge of her only child. After the separation, they rent and live in a very deprived area on the slopes of a mountain. The mother earns a small income by taking care of an elderly person part time. Mother has herniated disc and back pain. They need financial support. The mother works as an elderly caregiver and also cooks and sells falafel at home; the family has moved to a better house.

امیرعلی در مقطع دبيرستان تحصیل می کند. او به فوتبال و کتابخوانی بسیار علاقه دارد. امير علي گاهی به همراه دائي كه فروشنده ميوه وتره بار است كار مي كند ،پدر و مادرش جدا شده اند و سرپرستی امیرعلی به عهده مادر است. آنها پس از جدایی در منطقه ای بسیار محروم و کوهستانی در شیب کوه منزلی اجاره کرده و زندگی می کنند. مادر با وجود درد دیسک کمر به صورت پاره وقت از خانم سالمندی مراقبت می کند.. این خانواده به حمایت مالی نیاز دارند. مادر هم پرستاری از سالمند می کند و هم در خانه فلافل می پزد و می فروشد خانواده به خانه بهتری نقل مکان کرده اند.
