Aileen is in elementary school. She had a strong attachment to her father, is now very nervous and aggressive due to his death and needs medical advice. She is also very weak and malnourished. آیلین در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او که وابستگی شدیدی به پدر داشته اینک به دلیل فوت او بسیار عصبی و پرخاشگر شده و نیاز به مشاوره درمانی دارد. او ضمن بسیار نحیف است و سوء تغذیه دارد. آیلین یک خواهر کوچکتر از خود را دارد. پدرش کارگری ساده بوده که بر اثر تصادف فوت کرده است. مادر به علت افسردگی دارو مصرف میکند و تا بحال سه بار مورد جراحي قرار گرفته سنگ كليه و غده پیش زمینه سرطانی در گلو داشته ، او سرپرستی دو فرزند خود را هم به عهده دارد. این خانواده 3 نفره در منزلی با کم ترین امکانات رفاهی و اولیه زندگی می کنند. این خانواده نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند. مادربزرگ فلج شده و مادر با وجود بیماری از او هم مراقبت می گند.مادر با وام گوسفند خرید ولی توانایی مراقبت از آنها را ندارد و همسایه این کارها برای او می گند.مچ دست مادر مشکلات زیادی دارد و باید هر دو ماه یکبار دارو تزریق کند.
