نیلوفر که تحت پوشش خیریه است دارای مشکلات شنوائی بوده وهفته ای دو بار برای گفتار درمانی به مرکز خاصی میرود.هزینه هر جلسه درمان با رفت و آمد ده هزار تومان میباشد.ومادرش نیاز به هشتار هزار تومان ماهیانه برای این کار دارد.اونیاز کمک دارد.
