Firouzeh was born in 2020 and is currently in primary school. Her growth and weight are below healthy levels, and her mother is unable to provide the necessary care due to financial constraints. Firouzeh has two brothers and a sister, all of whom are attending school. Her father, formerly a mechanic, suffered a brain injury and memory loss following an accident—resulting in the loss of half his brains gray matter—and is now unable to work. Her mother is a homemaker, as she must care for her husband, and has no income of her own. Their sole source of income is meager government assistance. The family is in urgent need of financial support to cover living expenses, the fathers medical treatment, and the education of their four school children.

فیروزه متولد ۱۳۹۹ میباشد و در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او از نظر رشد و وزن در وضعیت مناسبی نیست و مادر به خاطر شرایط مالی توانایی رسیدگی به او را ندارد. فیروزه دو برادر و یک خواهر دارد که همه محصل میباشند. پدر مکانیک بوده که بر اثر تصادف نیمی از سلول های خاکستری مغزش را از دست داده و دچار آسیب مغزی و فراموشی شده است و توانایی کار کردن ندارد. مادر به دلیل مراقبت از همسر خانه دار است و درآمدی ندارد. تنها منبع درآمد آنها کمک های اندک دولت میباشد. این خانواده برای تامین مخارج زندگی و درمان پدر و تحصیل چهار فرزند محصل نیاز بسیار مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند.
