Saghar was born in 2012 and is in elementary school. She has an older sister who is a student. Her parents are divorced and her mother is the sole guardian of the two children. She works as a secretary in a doctors office. Due to chronic illnesses and special care after surgery, her mother has sensitive physical conditions and must be monitored regularly. She also has a skin disease that has increased the financial pressure on the family. They are also tenants, and her mother is in dire need of financial support to cover all living expenses, educate her two children, and provide for her treatment.

ساغر متولد ۱۳۹۱ میباشد و در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او یک خواهر بزرگتر از خود که محصل است دارد. پدر و مادر متارکه کرده اند و سرپرستی این دو فرزند به عهده مادر میباشد و مادر در یک مطب پزشک به عنوان منشی مشغول به کار است. مادر به دلیل بیماری های مزمن و نیز مراقیت های ویژه بعد از عمل کلیه شرایط جسمانی حساسی دارد و مرتب باید تحت نظر باشد. او همچنین یک بیماری پوستی دارد که فشار مالی را برای این خانواده زیاد کرده است. آنها مستاجر نیز هستند و مادر برای تامین مخارج همه حانبه زندگی و تحصیل دو فرزند و درمان نیاز بسیار شدید به حمایت مالی دارد.
