Taranom was born in 2018 and is in elementary school. She has an older brother who lost half of his face in a fire as a child. Her parents are divorced and she is raising two children with her mother. Her mother works as a seamstress in a sofa upholstery workshop and earns a small income. They live in their own house on the outskirts of the city. This family is in dire need of financial support to cover their living expenses and educate their children.

ترنم متولد ۱۳۹۷ میباشد و در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او یک برادر بزرگتر از خود که در کودکی به دلیل آتش سوزی نصف صورتش آسیب دیده دارد. پدر و مادر متارکه کرده اند و سرپرستی دو فرزند با مادر میباشد. مادر در کارگاه دوخت روکش مبل به خیاطی مشغول است و درآمد اندکی کسب می کند. آنها در خانه شخصی خود در حاشیه شهر زندگی می کنند. این خانواده برای تامین مخارج زندگی و تحصیل فرزندان نیاز بسیار مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند.
