Zahra, born in 2017, is currently attending elementary school. She has a younger brother who is also in elementary school. Their father was a construction worker who became completely unable to work after suffering spinal cord damage caused by a nail injury to his foot. He has also recently undergone surgery for an intestinal obstruction but, due to financial hardship, is unable to afford his prescribed medications. The mother devotes all her time to caring for her husband and is therefore unable to work. The family lives in a rented home and is in urgent need of financial support to cover basic living expenses, the education of their two school-aged children, and the father’s medical treatment. Due to the war, the children had to share a phone and learn lessons, which caused many problems.

زهرا متولد ۱۳۹۶ میباشد و در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او یک برادر کوچکتر دبستانی دارد. پدر کارگر ساختمان بوده که بر اثر فرو رفتن میخ در پایش دچار تنگی نخاع شده و بطور کامل از کار افتاده است. او بتازگی عمل جراحی انسداد روده نیز انجام داده است اما به دلیل عدم توانایی مالی نمی تواند داروهایش را بخرد. مادر نیز تمام وقت صرف پرستاری از همسرش است و نمی تواند کار کند. آنها مستاجر هستند و برای تامین مخارج زندگی و تحصیل دو فرزند محصل و درمان پدر نیاز بسیار مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند. به علت جنگ، بچه ها مجبور بودند به صورت مشترک از یک گوشی تلفن استفاده و درس یاد بگیرند که باعث بروز مشکلات زیادی شد.
