Elina is in preschool. She has an older sister who is in elementary school. Their father, who was a farmer, passed away due to a stroke. The mother is the guardian of her two children. They live in a village and are renters. The mother is a homemaker and has no income of her own. This family needs financial support to cover their living expenses.
