Sana is in primary school. She has a twin sister and an older sister who is a high school student. Her father, a truck driver, suffered from gender dysphoria and the court ruled that they were incompetent to live together. Her mother is the guardian of her three children and they live in a rented house in the village. After the separation of their parents, the family is in difficult economic and mental conditions and is in dire need of financial support. The mother has started working in a restaurant. Sana and her twin sister had tonsillectomy. The family members morale has improved. The mother managed to formalize the divorce.

تنا در مقطع دبستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشد. او یک خواهر دوقلو و یک خواهر بزرگتر که محصل دبیرستان میباشد دارد. پدر که راننده ماشین های سنگین بوده به به اختلال جنسیتی دچار شده و دادگاه عدم صلاحیت ایشان برای زندگی مشترک را صادر کرده است. مادر سرپرستی سه فرزندش را به عهده دارد و در یک منزل استیجاری در روستا زندگی می کنند. این خانواده بعد از جدایی والدین در شرایط سخت اقتصادی و روحی به سر میبرند و نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند. مادر در یک رستوران مشغول به کار شده است. ثنا و خواهر دوقلویش جراحی لوزه داشتند. روحیه اعضا خانواده بهتر شده است. مادر موفق شد طلاق را رسمی کند.
