Nastern studies in high school . She is very talented and studious. Nastern has an older brother who has a diploma and two older sisters, one of whom is married and independent, and the other is a high school student. The father, who was a construction worker, died after falling from a building, and the mother is the guardian of the children. Mother is not able to work outside the house due to back and neck discs. By taking a loan, she has set up a solar panel that earns a monthly income. This family lives in their own house and the mother is in dire need of financial support to meet her living expenses.

نسترن در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می کند. او بسیار مستعد و درسخوان میباشد. نسترن یک برادر بزرگتر که دیپلم است و دو خواهر بزرگتر که یکی ازدواج کرده و مستقل است و دیگری محصل دبیرستان است دارد. پدر که بنا بوده بر اثر سقوط از ساختمان فوت کرده است و مادر سرپرستی فرزندان را به عهده دارد. مادر به دلیل دیسک کمر و گردن قادر به کار کردن در بیرون از منزل نمیباشد. او با گرفتن وام یک پنل خورشیدی راه اندازی کرده که ماهیانه مبلغی درآمد دارد. این خانواده در منزل شخصی خود زندگی می کنند و مادر برای تامین مخارج زندگی نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارد.
