Elsa studies in elementary school. She has a twin sister. The father is dead and the mother left her two children and lives an independent life. The guardianship of these two children is the responsibility of the paternal grandfather, who is elderly and retired. The grandfathers income is from his labor pension and it is very little. The grandfather needs financial support to cover the expenses of his two grandchildren and the cost of continuing their education.

السا در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او یک خواهر دوقلو دارد. پدر فوت شده است و مادر دو فرزند خود را رها نموده و زندگی مستقلی دارد. سرپرستی این دو فرزند به عهده پدربزرگ پدری میباشد که سالمند و بازنشسته است. درآمد پدربزرگ از حقوق بازنشستگی کارگری او میباشد و بسیار اندک است. پدربزرگ برای تامین مخارج دو نوه و هزینه ادامه تحصیل ایشان به حمایت مالی نیاز دارد.
