Ava is studying in primary school. The father has harassed his family due to drug use, and this has caused Ava to be in a bad state of mind and to be nervous and aggressive. The mother has not taken any action regarding her treatment due to her poor financial situation. The parents are separated and the father is a fugitive. The mother is not able to work outside the home due to her lumbar disc. Ava has two brothers named Amir Hossein and Amir Mohammad, Amir Hossein is in high school and Amir Mohammad is in primary school. This family of four lives in a small rented house. Their income is through subsidy and relief committee. This family of 4 needs all-round help. In the summer, the family moved to a village in Fasa, to live with an uncle, and earned an income through farming for him.

آوا درمقطع دبستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشد. پدر به دلیل مصرف مواد مخدر، خانواده اش را مورد آزار و اذیت قرار داده و همین مساله سبب شده که آوا از نظرروحی وضعیت خوبی نداشته وعصبی و پرخاشگر باشد. مادر نیزبه دلیل بضاعت مالی نامناسب تاکنون اقدامی در مورد درمان او نکرده است. والدین از هم جدا شده اند.است.مادر به دلیل دیسک کمر قادر به کار بیرون ازمنزل نمی باشد. آوا دو برادر به نام های امیرحسین و امیرمحمد داشته که امیرحسین در دبیرستان و امیرمحمد در دبستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشند. این خانواده چهار نفره در یک منزل استیجاری کوچک زندگی می کنند. درآمد آنها از طریق یارانه و کمیته امداد میباشد. این خانواده 4 نفره نیازمند کمک همه جانبه میباشند. خانواده تابستان به روستایی در فسا، نزد دایی ، رفته و با کشاورزی درآمدی کسب کردند.
