Selena studies in elementary school. Se likes to study and is interested in gymnastics and painting. Selena has an older sister who is in high school. The parents are separated and the mother is responsible for the custody of the two children. They live in a rented house. The mother works seasonally in rice fields and orchards, but her low income does not cover all-round expenses and the education of her two children, and they are in a difficult economic situation. سلنا در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او درس خواندن را دوست دارد و علاقمند به ورزش ژیمناستیک و نقاشی می باشد. سلنا یک خواهر بزرگتر از خود که دبیرستانی میباشد دارد. پدر و مادر جدا شده اند و سرپرستی دو فرزند به عهده مادر است در منزلی مستاجر میباشند. مادر بصورت فصلی در مزارع برنج و باغات میوه کار می کند اما درآمد کم او کفاف مخارج همه جانبه و تحصیل دو فرزند را نمیدهد و در شرایط دشوار اقتصادی قرار دارند. این خانواده نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند. مادر در انبار میوه کار می کند. سلنا دندان درد، کم خونی، کم اشتهایی و مشکلات گوارشی دارد.
