امیرمهدی در مقطع دبيرستان تحصیل می کند. او یک خواهر بزرگتر از خود دارد که دیپلم است. پدر که کارگر ساده بوده به دلیل سکته قلبی فوت شده است و مادر سرپرستی دو فرزند خود را به عهده دارد. آنها مستاجر میباشند . مادر با قالی بافی برای دیگران درآمد اندکی کسب می کند.. این خانواده برای تامین مخارج همه جانبه زندگی در وضعیت نامناسب اقتصادی قرار دارند و از عهده برنمی آیند. حمایت مالی خیرین نیکوکار راهگشای شرایط نابسامان این خانواده خواهد بود.
