Setareh is studying in high school. Setare has an older brother who is a high school student and a younger brother who is a primary school student. The father has died due to addiction and the mother is the guardian of her three children. The mother has nervous disorders and herniated disc. She had been making a living with the help of relatives and cleaning houses, but now that she is sick, she is unable to work. They own a rural house, and the mother is in urgent need of financial support to meet the living expenses and education of her three student children.
ستاره در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می کند.. ستاره یک برادر بزرگتر که محصل دبیرستان و یک برادر کوچکتر که محصل دبستان میباشند دارد. پدر بر اثر اعتیاد فوت شده است و مادر سرپرستی سه فرزند خود را به عهده دارد. مادر ناراحتی اعصاب و دیسک کمر دارد و در این مدت با کمک اقوام و نظافت خانه ها امرار معاش میکرده اما اکنون که بیمار است قادر به کار کردن نمیباشد. آنها مالک خانه ای روستایی هستند و مادر برای تامین مخارج زندگی و تحصیل سه فرزند محصل خود نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارد.
