Sakineh is in grade ten, high school. Her father is deaf, works for the city and earns a very small living. They live in a single room in her grand parents. This impoverished family goes through harsh living conditions and desperately needs financial assistance.

سکینه در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می کند. پدر ناشنوابوده و کارگر شهرداری می باشد و درآمدش بسیار ناچیز است. آنهادر یک اتاق در منزل مادر بزرگ پدری که برای استفاده دو خانواده وسط آن را تیغه کشیده اند به سختی زندگی می کنند. این خانواده از نظر مالی شدیدا در مضیقه هستند و نیاز به کمک و حمایت دارند.
