Amir Arslan studies in elementary school and wants to become a doctor in the future. He has a twin brother and unfortunately his parents are dead. امیرارسلان در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند و دوست دارد در آینده پزشک شود. او یک برادر دوقلو دارد و متاسفانه پدر و مادر فوت کرده اند. مادربزرگ پدری سرپرستی این دو نوه را به عهده دارد و در یک منزل استیجاری زندگی می کنند. پدربزرگ قبلا مرغداری داشته و سالهاست که ورشکست شده و بدهی زیادی دارد که هر ماه باید قسط پرادخت کنند. پدربزرگ بر اثر از دست دادن پسرش دچار آلزایمر شده و مادربزرگ که سه دختر که کار می کنند در خانه دارد و سرپرستی دو نوه محصل برای تامین مخارج همه جانبه زندگی در وضعیت دشواری قرار دارد. این خانواده نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند. آنها مستاجرند. امیر و برادرش هردو منزوی و افسرده و تحت مشاوره هستند.
