Reza is not in school due to mental disorder and is being taken cared of at a public human health community center. He has twin sisters, one which has a mental disorder, and is being taken cared of at home. Reza also has another brother and he is in school. His Father has a part time job with a very low income and is living a very hard life trying to support his four kids. They are in need of financial help to stay alive.

رضا عقب افتاده ذهني است و 20 سال دارد و در بهزيستي با هزينه پدر و مادر نگهداري ميشود كه پرداخت اين هزينه با توجه به اينكه پدر كارگر ساده و موقتي است و دو دختر و يك پسر ديگر دارد كه يكي از دختر ها نيز عقب مانده ذهني است ولي در خانه نگهداري ميشود برايش سنگين است و نياز به ياري دارد. این خانواده در اتاق کوچک که نیاز به تعمیر دارد در شرایط بسیار نا مناسب به سختی زندگی می کنند و نیاز مبرم به کمکهای مردمی دارند.
