Ashkan studies in primary school. He has an older sister who is in high school. The parents have separated and the mother is the guardian of the two children. The mother earned a small income by taking care of an elderly part-time but was able to pass a few coursed and is now a nurses aid in a hospital.They live in a rented room. Unfortunately, the mothers income is not enough to cover the housing and education expenses of the children and they need financial support.

اشکان در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او یک خواهر بزرگتر از خود دارد که دانشجو است. پدر و مادر متارکه کرده اند و سرپرستی دو فرزند به عهده مادر میباشد. مادر با نگهداری از سالمند بطور نیمه وقت درآمد ناچیزی کسب می کرد ولی با گذراندن دوره های آموزشی ، به عنوان کمک بهیار در بیمارستان مشغول به کار شده است. آنها در منزلی مستاجر هستند. متاسفانه درآمد مادر کفاف تامین مخارج مسکن و تحصیل فرزندان را نمیدهد و به پشتیبانی مالی نیاز دارند.
