Elnazs father has left home due to lack of commitment to his family, and Elnaz lives with her mother in a room in her grandfathers house. Elnazs mother does simple sewing and needs financial support to cover their living expenses. Their hope is in the generous hands of charitable benefactors.

الناز در مقطع دبستان تحصیل می کند. او به ورزش و نقاشی علاقه دارد .پدر الناز به دلیل عدم تعهد نسبت به خانواده منزل را ترک کرده و الناز به همراه مادرش در اتاقی از منزل پدربزرگ زندگی می کند. مادر در خانه خیاطی ساده انجام می دهد و برای تامین مخارج زندگی به حمایت مالی احتیاج دارد. امید آنها به دستان پرسخاوت خیرین نیکوکار میباشد.
