النا در مقطع دبستان با نمرات خیلی خوب تحصیل می کند. پدر و مادر متارکه کرده اند و مادر سرپرستی تنها فرزندش را به عهده گرفته است. مادر بیکار است و در منزل کوچکی اجاره نشین هستند. این خانواده برای تامین مخارج زندگی به حمایت مالی نیاز دارند وامیدشان به دستان پرسخاوت خیرین گرامی میباشد. النا متاسفانه طبق نظر پزشک به بیماری افسردگی و عدم تمرکز دجار شده است و دارو مصرف می کند. مادر با نظافت خانه ها درامد اندکی کسب می کند.
