Yalda is in high school. She is an intelligent girl who has a special interest in karate and gymnastics. But so far she has not been able to go to class due to the familys economic situation. Her father has died of cancer and her mother is caring for her two children. Yaldas older brother is married. The mother works in peoples homes and due to hard work, a gland has formed in her right shoulder, which she underwent surgery last year and can work less. Now they share housing with the married son.These families are tenants and need financial support to support themselves. The attacks of the war have had a negative impact on Yaldas nerves and she needs counseling. Her mother is sick and her medical expenses are high. Her mother became unemployed during the war, so Pardis paid the rent for the house.

یلدا در مقطع دبیرستان تحصیل می کند. او دختری باهوش است که به ورزش کاراته و ژیمناستیک علاقه خاصی دارد. اما تاکنون به دلیل شرایط اقتصادی خانواده نتوانسته به کلاسی برود. پدرش بر اثر سرطان فوت کرده است و مادر سرپرستی دو فرزند خود را به عهده دارد. برادر بزرگتر یلدا ازدواج کرده است. مادر در منازل مردم کار می کند و بر اثر کار زیاد غده ای در قسمت شانه راست او درآمده است که سال گذشته عمل جراحی کرده است و کمتر میتواند کار کند. این خانواده مستاجر هستند و برای تامین مخارج زندگی نیاز به پشتیبانی مالی دارند. از آنجا كه توان پرداخت اجاره را ندارند همه با پسر بزرگ كه ازدواج كرده در يك خانه ٧٠ متري زندگي ميكنند حملات جنگ بر اعصاب یلدا تاثیر منفی زیادی داشته و نیاز به مشاوره دارد. مادر بیمار است و هزینه درمانش بالاست. مادر در طول جنگ بیکار شد که اجاره خانه را پردیس پرداخت کرد.
