Amin is in high school. He lives in one of the earthquake-stricken villages of Tabriz. His father died of an illness, and his mother, who had been paralyzed for years, also died. Amins older brother, who is also a student, has been appointed as his guardian, and his uncle and his wife, who are close to them, visit the children. Both children live in an old house and a room with very poor and worn-out equipment and are in dire need of financial support to support themselves and their education.

امین دردبیرستان تحصیل و در یکی از دهات زلزله زده تبریز زندگی می کند. پدرش بر اثربیماری فوت شده است و مادر که سالها فلج بوده نیز فوت کرده است. برادر بزرگتر امین که او نیز محصل میباشد به عنوان سرپرست او تعیین شده و عمو و زن عمو که در نزدیکی آنها هستند به بچه ها سر میزنند. ایندو فرزند در یک خانه قدیمی و یک اتاقه با وسایل بسیار محقر و فرسوده زندگی می کنند و برای تامین مخارج زندگی و تحصیل نیاز مبرم به حمایت مالی دارند.
