Her father had a mental and physical disability and recently died in a car accident.The mother had a stroke which has changed her facial expressions . She cannot work outside the home. This family lives a difficult life with the least basic facilities in a rental home. Their hope is in the generous hands of the kind benefactors who work to support them financially. نگار در دبیرستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشد. او دختر بسیار خجالتی ای است و شرایط ناتوانی های پدر و مادر در روحیه او بسیار تاثیر گذاشته است. پدرش معلولیت ذهنی و جسمی داشت و مدتی پیش در اثر تصادف در گذشت.و مادرش بر اثر سکته مغزی حالت چهره اش تغییر پیدا کرده است و شرایط کار کردن در بیرون از منزل را ندارد. آنها مستاجر هستند و با کمترین امکانات اولیه زندگی دشواری را می گذرانند. چشم امید آنها به دستان سخاوتمند خیرین مهربانی است که برای حمایت مالی آنها اقدام میفرمایند. مادرجراحی روده داشت
