Helena is in highschool. She participated in the national championships in basketball( gold medal) which was held at the same time as her first term exams and caused a decline in her grades. Her father has died of a stroke and mother is caring for her two children. She used to work in a barber shop and is no longer able to work due to wrist surgery. They live in the same house with Helenas grandparents and aunts, and are unable to support themselves, especially their two children. They live a difficult life and need support financially .

هلنا در دبیرستان درس میخواند. او عضو تیم بسکتبال منطقه است. همزمان با امتحانات دی ماه، او در مسابقات کشوری شرکت کرد و تیم او مقام اول را بدست آورد ولی متاسفانه باعث شد افت نمرات داشته باشد.پدرش به علت سکته مغزی فوت شده است و مادر سرپرستی دو فرزندش را به عهده دارد. او که در آرایشگاه کار میکرده به علت جراحی مچ دست دیگر قادر به کار کردن نمی باشد. آنها در منزلی مشترک با مادربزرگ و دایی و خاله های هلنا زندگی می کنند و قادر به تامین مخارج همه جانبه زندگی نمی باشند. خواهر او مبتلا به سلیاک است و تغذیه خاص نیاز دارد.آنها زندگی سختی را می گذرانند و نیاز به حمایت و کمک مالی دارند.
