Nazanin Zahra is attending high school. Her parents are separated and Nazanis mother is in charge of the family. She has a younger brother who is also a student. They live in a home that is provided by the aid of the Emdad Committee and their only source of income is the subsidy and relief committee. The mother works part-time but needs financial support for their living expenses. Her mother sometimes works as a hairdresser at home. Her brother is a supermarket worker. Nazanin-Zahra has developed fluid in her knee and an ankle deformity, but she has not received treatment.

نازنین زهرا در دبیرستان درس میخواند. پدر و مادرش از هم جدا شده اند و سرپرستی نازنین با مادر میباشد. او یک برادر کوچکتر از خود دارد که محصل است . آنها در خانه ای که توسط کمیته امداد ساخته شده زندگی می کنند و تنها منبع درآمد آنها یارانه وکمیته امداد است. مادر به صورت پاره وقت کار می کند اما برای تامین مخارج زندگی نیاز به حمایت مالی دارند. مادر گاهی ارایشگری در خانه میکند. برادر کارگر سوپرمارکت است. زانوی نازنین زهرا آب آورده و انحراف قوزک پا پیدا کرده ولی درمان نکرده است.
