Arina is an university student. She suffers from kidney problems, and her family cannot afford the medical costs necessary for her treatment. They are in a large sum of debt due to medical costs that her family has accumulated. Her father has abandoned the family, leaving Arinas mother as the sole supporter. Her mother works as a maid, cleaning homes as a source of income. They live in a small basement with their grandmother, which they no longer can afford to pay for. They need immediate financial help to pay for basic living necessities.

آرينا در مقطع دانشگاه درس می خواند. او نا رسايی کليه دارد و هزينه های درمان ماهانه او بسيار زياد است. پدر که به دلیل بیماری فتق چهار بار تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفته بود چندین سال پیش خانواده را ترک گفته است. مادرکه غیابا طلاق گرفته است و به تنهایی بار این زندگی سراسر درد و سختی را به دوش دارد سعی دارد با کار در منازل درآمدی کسب کند اما با توجه به بیماری آرینا که هزینه های هنگفتی را ماهانه برای درمان نیازمند است قادر به تامین مخارج نیست. آنها در یک مکان استیجاری با شرایط بسیار دشوار زندگی می کنند و قادر به پرداخت اجاره بها نمی باشند. این خانواده ازهمه لحاظ نیازمند کمک هستند.
