سبحان دبستاني است و کم خونی شدید دارد. پدر به علت سکته قلبی فوت شده است . مادر خانه دار است و ناراحتی قلبی و اعصاب دارد . مادر با 4 فرزند خود در منزل نیمه کاره در دهات زابل با وسائل بسیار محقر وقدیمی زندگی می کند . آنها نیاز به حمایت همه جانبه دارند .
