مهدی در مقطع دبیرستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشد. پدر در اثر شوخی با تفنگ که فشنگ داشته مادر را کشته و در زندان بسر می برد. مهدی به همراه دو برادر و دو خواهر در یک اتاق اجاره ای زندگی می کنند. این خانواده احتیاج به کمک همه جانبه برای گذران زندگی دارند.
