پروانه در مقطع دبیرستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشد. معدل سال گذشته او 18/94 میباشد. پدر فوت شده است. مادر دچار بیماری روحی و افسردگی شدید می باشد. برادر محمد ترک تحصیل کرده ومشغول به کارشده و با کارگری ساده بخش کمی از هزینه ها را بدوش می کشد ولی درآمدش کفاف خرج زندگی را نمیدهد. این خانواده در یک اطاق اجاره ای زندگی میکنند. این خانواده احتیاج به حمایت جهت گذران زندگی را دارند.
