Her mother tries to manage their life patiently. The family is living in a rental room. Due to financial problem and treatment expenses, the family desperately needs help. مریم دختری ناشنوااست و در مقطع دبستان تحصیل میکند. پدر خانواده ناشنوا و کارگر روز مزد است و به دلیل ناشنوایی و نداشتن شغلی ثابت از نظر روحی تحت فشار بوده و با اعضای خانواده رفتاری تندو خشن دارد. مادر مشکلات زندگی را تحمل میکند وسعی میکند با قناعت و حوصله زندگی را اداره کند. این خانواده در یک اطاق اجاره ای زندگی میکنند.با توجه به مشکلات مالی وبیماری این خانواده احتیاج به کمک همه جانبه جهت گذران زندگی دارند.
