ملیکادر دوره دبیرستان تحصیل می کند.پدر کارگر ساختمان بوده و به علت ریزش دیوار و ضربه مغزی فوت کرده است.مادر از بیماری اعصاب رنج می برد و تحت درمان است.او سرپرستی سه فرزند کوچکش را به عهده دارد و نمی تواند در خارج از منزل کار کند.آنان در یک آپارتمان استیجاری کوچک در یکی از دهات اطراف تهران زندگی سختی رامی گذر
