Siavash is in high school. He is not very studious. He suffers from nasal polyps caused by an accident. As such, he has problem breathing and requires surgery. His father has died of pulmonary disorder; his mother has custody of her children. Her older brother has quit school to work in a shoe factory. They rent two rooms in a onld house in Tehrans surrounding neighbourhood. His father had sold their furniture to pay for his drug addiction. Their relatives have donated their second hand furniture to this family. They require financial help to pay for their never ending expenses.

سیاوش در مقطع دبیرستان درس میخواند. درس وی از پایه ضعیف است. سیاوش به علت اصابت ضربه به بینی دچار انحراف بینی شدید شده و مشکل تنفسی داردو بینی وی باید جراحی شود. پدر او به علت بیماری ریوی فوت کرده است و مادر سرپرستی فرزندان را به عهده دارد. پسر بزرگ خانواده مدرسه را رها کرده و در یک کفاشی کارگری میکند و درآمد کمی کسب میکند. این خانواده در یک خانه قدیمی با دو اتاق در اطراف تهران مستاجر هستند.پدر به علت اعتیاد در زمان حیات خود بیشتر وسایل خانه را فروخته و پس از مرگ وی اطرافیان وسایل مخقر و دست دوم به آنهااهدا کرده اند.این خانواده از هر نظر استحقاق دریافت کمک جهت تغذیه و تحصیل و پوشاک و تامین سایر احتیاجات زندگی را دارند.
