Narges is a polite and hard working student in high school, and is a member of the volleyball team that holds the 2nd place in the region. Due to some absence from school her grades have dropped. She is also suffering a heart condition which she is being treated for. Her father was a mini-bus driver who died of Pneumonia. Her mother is a cleaning lady, who has suffered injuries to her wrist. Narges, her twin sister and her mother live in a small rental apartment east of Tehran. They seek financial help to afford nutrition, medication, education and rental costs.
نرجس دختر مودب و فعالی است که در مقطع دبیرستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشد. او در مدرسه از شاگردان ممتاز است و در تیم والیبال مدرسه عضویت دارد که مقام دوم منطقه را کسب کرده است.پدرش راننده بوده که به علت ذات الریه فوت شده است. مادر آنها پرستار کودک است به صورت نیمه وقت کار میکند و درآمد مختصری دارد. آنها در یک آپارتمان استیجاری کوچک در شرق تهران ساکن هستند. این خانواده جهت تغذیه تحصیل و اجاره منزل نیاز به کمک دارند.
