فاطمه در مقطع دبیرستان مشغول به تحصیل میباشد و شاگرد خوبی است. پدرش کارگر ساده بوده و به علت اعتیاد فوت شده است. مادر ناراحتی تیروئید دارد و تحت درمان میباشد.مادر جهت کمک به گذران زندگی در خانه خیاطی میکند و درآمد کمی کسب میکند.این خانواده 4 نفره در یک حیاط بسیار کوچک در خارج از تهران ساکن هستند.خانه نیاز به تعمیرات دارد و وسایل اولیه زندگی بسیار کهنه و مستعمل میباشد.این خانواده برای تغذیه و تحصیل فرزندان و تعمیرات منزل نیاز به یاری دارد.
