Alireza is an Elementary School student and he is an Afghan immigrant.He suffered from malnutrition but now he is feeling better. Alireza is living with his mother and other four siblings in a rented residence. His father had left them for a period of time, and returned once he began to suffer from severe back problems. During that time, Alirezas mother, who suffers from arthritis and other health problems, was the sole supporter of the family, working as a waitress. Due to Alireza s mothers illnesses she is unable to work and requires immediate medical attention. The familys income is very little and they suffer from malnutrition. They desperately need your assistance to help pay for their minimal daily expenses.

علیرضا در مقطع ابتدایی تحصیل می کند. او به دلیل اینکه از مهاجرین افغان است و اجازه تحصیل در مدارس ایرانی را نداشت قرار بود که در یک مدرسه غیر انتفاعی مهاجرین افغان ادامه تحصیل دهد . او دچار سوء تغذیه بوده و مرتبا تشنج می کرد ولی در حال حاضر بهتر شده است . پدر که چند سالی خانواده را ترک کرده بود با کمر درد شدید به منزل مراجعه کرده ولی قادر به کار کردن نمی باشد. مادر زن زحمتکش و فداکاری است که بار مسئولیت خانواده را بر عهده داشته ودر یک رستوران کار می کند ولی اخیرا به دلیل بیماری قلبی و آرتروز تحت درمان است . آنهادر مکانی استیجاری زندگی می کنند. درآمد خانواده بسیار نا چیز است و آنها از نظر تغذیه و بهداشت در وضعیت بدی بسر می برند ومحتاج کمکهای مردمی هستند.
