Javad Sadeghian worked as a broadcaster on a popular iranian tv channel until he suffered a stroke and was needed to be hospitalized. Because the hospital costs were high, he was left with not enough money to pay for the down payment for his home and was forced to live in a hostel. He would like to rent a house and requires 1,000,000 toman to pay for the down payment.
