Neda is 23 years old and has leukemia. She requires 5 chemotherapy sessions, for which each costs 2,000,000 touman. Through the help of the government and charities, she has acquired the money for 2 sessions. However, since her father is very ill and is a bookkeeper, he cannot support her for the remainder and they need 3,000,000 touman for her sessions, but $2300 was enough.
